From a shrinking workforce to brain drain, Europe is facing manifold demographic challenges.The EU Commission launched a new platform and working groups to address it.The Harnessing Talent Platform will support regions in developing plans to train, attract and retain talents. The working groups will focus on health, digital, research and innovation, and territorial development.
