The EU keeps working to guarantee security for all Europeans. ProtectEU aims to tackle organised crime, terrorism, and hybrid threats by better anticipating, preventing, and addressing them. This roadmap will: 🤝 help citizens, businesses, research, and civil society be more involved in security matters; ✅ introduce a built-in security check for all new EU initiatives; 👮‍♀️ boost resources for law enforcement, including better equipment and technology. The EU will also work more closely with key international partners.
