Immer wieder wird ja behauptet, „Brüssel“ würde über EU-Gesetze 🇪🇺 entscheiden. Da ja Brüssel bekanntlich die Hauptstadt Belgiens 🇧🇪 ist, möchten wir die Gelegenheit nutzen, kurz zu erklären, wer tatsächlich europäische Gesetze, die auch in Deutschland gelten, beschließt.
