📱 Old and forgotten, 700 million mobile phones lie unused in our drawers. Together, we can help make sure they do not go to waste. European Commission has adopted new recommendations for EU countries to facilitate the return of phones, tablets, and laptops. These include: 🔄 financial incentives to return devices, such as discounts, vouchers, or monetary rewards; 🔄 tools to estimate the value of devices for buy-back; 🔄 easy ways to return and collect devices via postal services, like pre-paid envelopes or labels; 🔄 better convenience and visibility of collection points.
