Good news for 242 innovative SMEs!
A total of 242 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from 30 countries have been selected for funding under the latest round of the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument. The companies will receive a total amount of €12 million to share between their projects to get their innovations faster on the market. Examples of the projects selected include a sensory feedback system for phantom pains, a new technology for micro motors, a control system for e-bikes that extends battery autonomy, a distance communication system for drones and a valuation tool for start-ups based on artificial intelligence.
