Europeans confirm their strong support for EU civil protection.The latest Eurobarometer survey shows: ✔️ 94% believe that EU countries should provide help when a disaster strikes in an EU country that is too big to deal with on their own, ✔️ 91% are supportive of the EU helping any country in the world affected by a disaster, ✔️ 9 in 10 Europeans agree that coordinated EU action should be increased to deal more effectively with disasters and crises in the future, ✔️ 53% agree that the EU should prioritise disasters related to climate change such as wildfires, floods and cyclones. 🔎 Data based on the Special Eurobarometer 541 on EU Civil Protection.
